Tomato


Usually bright red when ripped (depending on the type), tomatoes are good for stregthening the immune system and reduces the risk of cataracts and other eye problems. Reduces the risks for heart disease, strokes, and select cancers.
Cooked and processed tomatoes (canned, paste) are still beneficial.
