Christopher Bartlett
Christopher's research, "DNA Methylation for the Diagnosis and Characterization of Four Psychiatric Disorders," studies the classification accuracy of DNA methylation profiles, associated genes and biological pathways on the classification of schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder and PTSD. He will be using RStudio for the data aggregation and Weka for its classification algorithms.

Dominick Manno
Dominick's research is to observe the effect of metals on metabolites and the cardiovascular system. He will be using statistical data analysis and machine learning to investigate these effects.
Joseph Miles
Current fall risk assessment tools often fail to prevent falls because they were not developed in the precise environment in which individuals dwell. Joseph’s project uses machine learning to create a decision tree from electronic medical record data. This resulted in a more specific algorithm for predicting fall in residents of a rehabilitation facility. Creating a facility-specific algorithm for detecting fall could improve clinical decision support and potentially prevent morbidity from fall events.
